Under Indian medical healthcare regulations (including the Clinical Establishments Act and Medical Records Retention guidelines), medical diagnostic lab test reports, patient billing records, and tax invoices must be preserved for mandatory legal, clinical, and statutory audit compliance (typically retained for 3 years).
Once the statutory medical retention period expires, all retained medical records are automatically and irreversibly purged from our servers.
